Adam Cline

President/CEO

My career at Kern Glass started in the same way it did for many of us – sweeping up in the shop in the summer of 1993. From fabricaton and installation to senior management. I have worked my way through every job of every department since then. I truly enjoy working with our team to help develop our trade skills and I believe that this hands on approach has fueled the growth of our company. When I reflect on our many successful projects over the years, I always think about Ventura Memorial Hospital. This was a complicated job that took us 4 years to complete, but it taught us a lot about our craft and the workmanship.
